Columbus, Ohio-based Steve Solis brings 25 years of wide-ranging experiences in the multifamily housing industry to his work as one of RUME’s regional maintenance supervisor. Having started his career as a turn technician in Oklahoma City, Steve has steadily climbed through the ranks, from maintenance and grounds, to leasing and property management. On the strength of this broad background, he spent three years as a regional trainer overseeing capital projects training new hires and up-skilling existing technicians.
At RUME, Steve manages capital projects, trains on-site maintenance staff and assists on projects wherever he’s needed. He holds an EPA Section 608 Universal certification and is also a Certified Pesticide Applicator.
