Shelley van Niekerk

Shelley van Niekerk is an experienced Learning Experience Design Specialist at Aledade, Inc., where responsibilities include developing strategic learning initiatives for Value-Based Care and creating engaging learning materials for primary care practices. Prior to this role, Shelley founded an instructional design consultancy, where significant projects included an animated video course for AWS certification and an Agile Project Management eLearning course. Shelley also has a strong background in education, having served as an International Baccalaureate Instructor at GEMS Education and as a Gifted Program Specialist at Buncombe County Schools. With a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and ongoing professional development in Instructional Design, Shelley combines expertise in curriculum design with a commitment to learner engagement and success.
