Frances Menke

Frances Menke is a seasoned Traffic Engineer with extensive experience in traffic engineering design, including ITS Network Design, Temporary Traffic Control, Signing and Pavement Marking, and Signals. Currently serving as Technical Manager - Traffic and Senior Project Engineer at RK&K since July 2021, Frances previously held the position of Traffic Design Manager at FAM Construction, LLC from December 2017 to August 2021, and project engineer at Sabra, Wang & Associates, Inc. from 2016 to December 2020. Additional experience includes work as a Transportation Engineer EIT at Dewberry and as a Research Assistant at the University of Alabama. Frances holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama, earned in 2012.
