Riccardo Arduini

Mr. Riccardo has a degree in mechanical engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Mr. Arduini has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since April 1997, and a member of the Board of Directors of São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações SA, since 1999. He is also vice-president of CINPAL – Cia. Industrial de Parts for Automobiles, a company in the auto parts business.
