Benjamin Pastor

Ben Pastor has extensive experience in advancement and development across various educational institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Advancement at Rumsey Hall School since July 2021, Ben previously held the position of Chief Advancement Officer at The Branson School from June 2018 to July 2021. Prior roles include Director of Development at Community School of Naples and Assistant Director of Development at The Taft School, where Ben was associated with a prominent coeducational boarding school in Connecticut. Earlier career experiences involve positions at JDG Associates, Washington International School, and The Advisory Board Company. Ben holds a degree from Hamilton College and is an alumnus of The Taft School.
