Javier חביאר Plavnick פלבניק has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Software Developer for Emplear Recruitment Limited. Javier חביאר then moved on to the Ministerio de Modernización de la República Argentina in 2007, where they worked as a Software Developer. In 2008, they became a Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant for Atos Origin. In 2011, they were a Business Intelligence Senior Consultant for Kimberly-Clark, where they were responsible for data-warehouse solution design, architecture, implementation and testing, and devised an original data catalog system. In 2015, they became a Solutions Engineer for IVU Traffic Technologies, where their work consisted of ensuring the quality of service, analysis of issues, testing and implementation of updates, business intelligence developments for general managers, and creation of interfaces to distribute data to suppliers and government offices. In the same year, they also became a Business Intelligence Solutions Architect for Start-Up Nation Central. In 2018, they were a Product Solutions Architect for Bringg, and in 2020, they became a Fellow (Cohort #1) for Nevo Network. Currently, they are a Solutions Architect for Run:AI.

Javier Plavnick obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2006 to 2012. From 2000 to 2005, they attended ORT Colleges, where they earned a degree in Computer Science in 2005. In 2015, they completed a Specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development Program at Lahav Executive Education. Javier חביאר also obtained certifications in Interpersonal Relationships from Dale Carnegie Training in 2013, Microsoft BI Consultant (6234A, 6235A, 6236B) from Microsoft in 2013, SAP Business Objects Certified Consultant from SAP in 2012, and Solution Consultant SAP NetWeaver 2004s – BI from SAP in 2007.
