Head Of Customer Experience at Runa

Holly Eddon has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Holly began their career as a Retail Operative at Primark Stores Limited in 2012 before working as a Trainee Optical Consultant and Customer Assistant at Boots UK in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Learning and Development Administrator and later as an HR Assistant at the Centre for Process Innovation Limited.

Holly then took on roles at Teesside University, where they worked as a Student Ambassador and a Library Support Assistant. Holly also gained experience as a Mortgage Operations Graduate and a PPI Change Control Manager at Geoban SA in 2016 and 2017, respectively.

In 2017, Holly joined Santander UK as a Technical Business Consultant before moving to MoneySavingExpert.com in 2018. At MoneySavingExpert.com, they first worked as a User Relations Manager, responsible for managing incoming user contact and implementing internal processes. Holly later took on the role of User Relations & Energy Support Manager, where their responsibilities included overseeing customer service operations, reporting to stakeholders, and managing complaints related to energy switching and financial information.

Most recently, Holly joined Runa in 2022 as the Head of Customer Experience.

Holly Eddon attended Eston Park School from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their GCSEs. Following this, they attended Normanby Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013 for their A Levels. Later, Holly pursued a BA Hons degree in Business Management at Teesside University from 2013 to 2016.
