Shadia Hassan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shadia started their career as a Human Resources Administrator/Assistant at LEC in 2015 and worked there until 2019. Shadia then joined Plan International UK in 2020 as a Human Resources Assistant, where they gained experience in HR policies, communications, and payroll processing. Shadia joined Runa in 2021, first as a People & Talent Coordinator and later transitioning to the role of People Partner in 2022. In their current role, they work closely with leaders in Engineering, Product, and Finance teams, focusing on areas such as performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
