Tanner Houle

Tanner Houle has a diverse work experience starting from 2009 as an Operations Manager at Houle & Sons Property Maintenance. Tanner then worked as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Regional Account Executive at The Davis Companies. In 2017, they joined Axis Communications as an Account Manager. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager at TripAdvisor, where they provided support and growth strategies for customers in the Experiences Industry. In 2020, they moved to Zoovu as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Runa, where they are responsible for managing customers across various industries and leading Runa's new onboarding experience.

Tanner Houle received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Tanner also obtained additional certifications, including Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift in February 2021 and Inbound Sales Certified from HubSpot in December 2019.
