Jil Hesse

Jil Hesse has extensive experience in media and content development, currently serving as the Head of Content at rbbKultur Radio und Online since January 2020, overseeing all aspects of podcast production. Prior to this role, Jil Hesse worked at NDR from December 2012 to January 2020 as a Redakteurin and Autorin, focusing on radio, online, and social media content, as well as innovation in format development. Additionally, Jil Hesse was a Moderatorin at Bytefm from March 2016 to April 2018, where responsibilities included editorial work and hosting a two-hour live show, ByteFM Magazin.
