Rebecca Ahlen

Rebecca Ahlen is a seasoned media executive with extensive experience in strategic format development and digital media innovation. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Format Development & Video Lab and Head of rbbFabrik at Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg since July 2020, Rebecca leads initiatives to enhance innovative solutions in journalism and broadcasting. Prior roles include Head of Media Innovation Centre Babelsberg, Head of Content at Streamwerke GmbH, and various leadership positions at UFA GmbH. Rebecca's educational background includes degrees in English and German Law from UCL and specialized training in transformational leadership and creative entrepreneurship.
