Susanne Lang

Susanne Lang is an experienced journalist and editor with a diverse background in media. Since October 2022, Susanne has been working as a Freie Redakteurin at Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg. Additionally, Susanne has been a Freie Journalistin for Verlage and Agenturen since June 2019. Prior to these roles, Susanne took parental leave from June 2018 to June 2019 and served as Chefredakteurin Wirtschaftsjournalist at Medienfachverlag Oberauer from January 2016 to June 2018. Susanne’s previous experience includes working as a Pauschalistin bei Nido at Gruner + Jahr AG & Co KG and as Leitende Redakteurin at der Freitag, where responsibilities included leading the "Alltag" section and conceptualizing the first book for the publication. Earlier in Susanne's career, experience was gained as a Redakteurin and later as head of the tazzwei section at taz. Educational background includes studies at the Deutsche Journalistenschule München and a Magister degree from the University of Münster.
