Gisele Soler

Gisele Soler is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Rainbow Agro since August 2023 and as Supply Chain Consultant at Metabrain Institute since February 2022. With a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, Gisele has held key positions in organizations such as UPL, Gates do Brasil, Höganäs Brasil, Latecoere, Honeywell Turbo Technologies, and Monsanto do Brasil Ltda. Notable achievements include leading a purchasing department with a $100 million budget at UPL, implementing a Process Office that contributed to $350 million in cost reductions, and overseeing a $700 million supply chain at Latecoere. Gisele holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidade do Vale do Paraíba and an MBA in People Management from FGV, complemented by ongoing studies in Agribusiness Management at FIA Business School.
