Rafa Puerta

Rafa Puerta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rafa started their career as a Teleoperador at The Fundraising Company in 2006. In 2009, they worked as an Analista Sensorial at Mérieux NutriSciences - Silliker Iberica, S.A.U. and also pursued freelance work as a Fotógrafo specializing in architectural, event, and music photography.

From 2010 to 2010, Rafa worked as a Redactor y colaborador at Hipertextual. In 2012, they briefly served as a Técnico de sonido at Fnac. Then, they joined Boardriders in 2011, initially as a Sales Assistant and later became an Assistant Manager, supporting the Store Manager and overseeing team development and floor management. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Store Manager, responsible for store management and developing long-term strategies. In 2019, Rafa transitioned to HEMA as an Assistant Manager, focusing on developing commercial strategies and providing training to the team.

In 2021, Rafa became a Teacher at Code4jobs BBK Bootcamp, instructing the Full Stack Bootcamp program remotely. Rafa was responsible for curriculum design, teaching theoretical and practical classes, and providing guidance and motivation for students. In 2022, they joined CICE, La Escuela Profesional de Nuevas Tecnologías as an Instructor, where they taught Javascript and React. Rafa'sresponsibilities included organizing and designing educational materials, conducting classes, and supporting and motivating students.

Currently, Rafa is working as a Full Stack Developer at RUNNEA, a role they began in 2022.

Rafa Puerta has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. In 2008-2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Photography at EFTI Centro Internacional de Fotografía y Cine. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Centre Villar where they obtained a Técnico Superior degree in Sonido (Sound). Later, in 2013-2014, Rafa pursued a Master's degree in Audiovisual Communications Technologies/Technicians at SAE Institute. In 2014-2015, they studied at Middlesex University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería de Sonido (Sound Engineering). Continuing their educational journey, from 2004 to 2010, Rafa attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they completed a degree in Communications Science with a focus on Journalism. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they enrolled in the Code4jobs BBK Bootcamp, dedicating their time to becoming a FullStack Developer in the field of Programación informática (Computer Programming).
