Ary Gatto Junior has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ary is the CEO & Founder of Runtalent since December 2020 and the Co-Founder of MIGNOW since January 2020. Additionally, they have co-founded ESSENCE in 2004, beXs - Soluções SaaS para alta performance in 2013, and Octadesk.com in 2015. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they worked as a Senior SAP Consultant at Accenture from 2001 to 2004 and as a SAP Consultant at Siemens from 1994 to 2000. Ary started their career as a Software Developer at Banco Frances e Brasileiro in 1990.

Ary Gatto Junior completed a Post Graduation in Business Administration at Ibmec from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1986 to 1988, studying Technology.
