Rani Langer-Croager

Rani Langer-Croager is the Founder and Co-CEO of Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative, where the first cooperatively owned business education and advising organization was established, serving over 100 entrepreneurs annually across three locations. As a Strategic Advisor for RUNWAY, Rani shapes funding programs aimed at supporting African-American entrepreneurs and facilitates national program expansion. Previously, Rani held leadership roles including Vice President at Altius Education, Inc., where significant capital was raised for an online associate degree program, and Vice President at Credit Suisse, managing M&A transactions in the technology sector. Rani's finance and investment banking experience includes positions at Wachovia Securities, Societe Generale, and Stephens Inc., with a strong educational foundation from Duke University in Mathematics and Economics.
