John Engel

John Engel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and financial advisory roles. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Jackson Springs Management Partners since July 2019, John Engel has focused on providing strategic counsel and invested capital to family and entrepreneur-led businesses. Additionally, John Engel serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Runway Growth Capital while contributing to the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Prior experience includes a tenure at Accenture, where John Engel held positions from Senior Manager to Managing Partner, leading significant client engagements, and roles at Arthur D. Little, Strategic Decisions Group, Robert Fleming Holdings Limited, and P&M Corporate Finance, among others. John Engel's academic background includes an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Statistics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree from the University of Michigan.
