Elaine Highwood

Elaine Highwood has been working in the field of adult education for over 10 years. Elaine started their career as a freelance assessor and tutor for Acorn Training Services Ltd. in February 2007. In August 2010, they joined eTraining Adult Education as a team leader and lead IV. Elaine stayed with the company for four years, until June 2014. Currently, Elaine is the head of quality at Runway Training.

They are on a team with TBC - Head of Business Development, Lauren Harris - Head of Apprenticeship & Traineeship Delivery, and Thomas Harrison - Head of Resources. Elaine Highwood reports to Oliver Trailor, Managing Director. Some individuals on their team include Zoe Harrison - Quality Manager, TBC - Curriculum Manager.
