Jeannet Rodriguez

Jeannet Rodriguez is currently a Digital Account Coordinator at Runyon Saltzman. Prior to this, they were a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Aura from December 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for being the main point of contact for all cross-functional initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes, employee workflows, and user experiences. Additionally, they managed data and information associated with all projects and topics needed for quarterly goals.

At Aura, Jeannet was also the teamwide culture champion and communication liaison between workforce employees and tasks. In addition, they provided tier-1 support with all software and hardware-related issues.

As the main point of contact for all user engagement needs, Jeannet had to maintain quick response rates through optimal service levels. Jeannet was also responsible for carrying company feedback in order to improve upon employee behaviors, productivity, and product experience. Lastly, they served as the main operations partner with compliance/legal teams in order to ensure updated policies and procedures were present in the company's knowledge base platform (Confluence). In this role, they also handled high-priority escalations involving legal and government policies to accurately track requests through the company service pipeline.

Jeannet Rodriguez has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from California State University - East Bay, an Associate of Science - AS in Business Administration and Management, General from Chabot College, and a High School Diploma from South San Francisco High School. Jeannet also has certification from the University of California, Davis in Digital marketing and from Chabot College in Certified Business Professional Master Executive Business Management.
