Paul Minogue

Paul Minogue, MBA has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Paul is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ruoff Mortgage since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Guaranteed Rate as the National Operations Manager from October 2017 to March 2023. Before that, they held the position of Midwest Operations Manager at HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. from September 2015 to October 2017. Paul also has experience from their time at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Opus Capital, Ocwen Financial Corporation, and Argent Mortgage in various roles focused on underwriting, project management, quality control, and mortgage operations.

Paul Minogue earned their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Paul later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from National Louis University between 2004 and 2006, with a focus on Business Administration.
