Aparesh Agarwal is the founder of RetailEZ Private Limited, a digital retail initiative under the Rupa Promoters Group, established in September 2021 to capitalize on India's eCommerce growth. As a member of the promoter group at Rupa And Company Limited since January 2021, Aparesh brings a wealth of experience from previous roles, including participation in the Financial Leadership Development Program at Aptiv from January 2020 to January 2022, where cash flow analysis and estimating systems were managed. Prior experience includes a consulting internship at Neo Metaliks Ltd., where corporate strategies were informed, and a corporate finance internship at ITC Limited that involved leading a team to create investment profiles. Additionally, during an internship at Rupa And Company Limited, significant savings were achieved through loan interest comparisons. Aparesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Babson College.
