Prior to this role, Sourav held significant positions at Aditya Birla Group, including Chief Digital & Information Officer and CIO for Essel Mining & Industries Limited. With a robust background in enterprise applications and IT delivery garnered from roles at AGC Networks Inc. and Essar, among others, Sourav has demonstrated expertise in program management, strategic IT initiatives, and digital innovation.
