Hendro Surono

Hendro Surono has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Software Developer at Bina Nusantara University, where they designed, developed, modified, and maintained software systems. In 2012, they became a Project Manager at PT. Aprisma Indonesia, handling multiple Project Banking initiatives with the support of a strong team and professional mentorship. In 2014, Hendro joined Tiket.com as an IT Manager, focusing on implementing Project Management strategies aligned with the company culture. Hendro then moved on to livaza.com as a Vice President of Information Technology in 2015, before becoming the Head of Products at Ruparupacom in 2016. In their current role, Hendro's main objective is to build an Omni-Channel system, ensuring seamless integration between offline and online operations, while providing an excellent customer experience.

Hendro Surono earned a Master's degree in Management System Information with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from BINUS University. Hendro attended this program from 2011-2012.
