Hetal Faldu

Hetal Faldu is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Rupeek. Hetal has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having worked their way up from Financial Analyst to CFO at various companies.

Faldu began their career at Infosys BPO in 2006 as a Financial Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for management accounting, financial planning and analysis, and MIS. Hetal then moved to Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 1999, where they served as Assistant Manager and then Deputy Manager. In 2009, they joined Janalakshmi Financial Services as VP of Finance & Accounts. In this role, they were responsible for fund raising, treasury management, relationship management with lenders and shareholders, corporate MIS, financial controls, accounting, and people development.

In October 2015, Faldu became the CFO at Varthana. In this role, they were responsible for building and scaling the finance and accounts function, strengthening the systems and processes, and managing the relationships with lenders, investors and auditors. Hetal remained in this role until October 2020 when they joined Rupeek as CFO.

Hetal Faldu is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from SNDT, Mumbai.

They are on a team with Ashish Bansal - SVP, Anand Raj - SVP, Operations & Expansion, Process Excellence & Quality, Safety & FPI, and Ravindra G R - Head of Sales Training & Capability Building. Their manager is Sumit Maniyar, Founder & CEO.
