Pankaj Arora

Pankaj Arora has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Director, Growth at Rupeek starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were a part of the founding team at cure.fit (cult.fit), where they launched the Gym Marketplace business called Cult-Pass and achieved significant growth. Pankaj also served as the Business Head for Nutrition Consulting and Eat.fit, where they led business expansion and redesigned the business post-COVID.

Before joining cure.fit, Pankaj worked at OYO as the Director - National Head - Business Development, where they led the supply growth strategy and played a key role in the business model redesign and portfolio restructuring. Pankaj also contributed to the growth of Urban Ladder as the Growth & New Initiatives Manager, overseeing geographical expansion, offline retail operations, and strategic alliances. Additionally, they managed operations as the Zonal Manager for North, East, and West India.

Pankaj began their career at ICICI Bank Limited as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Group, gaining experience in corporate financing and relationship management. Pankaj also had a management internship at Dexter Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

Pankaj'sentrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Unbound Technologies, where they led business development and product management for software solutions. Pankaj holds a management degree from Xavier Institute of Management.

Pankaj Arora completed their B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2004 to 2008. Pankaj then pursued a PGDM degree in Finance from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a CFA Level 2 certification from the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
