Veena Sharma

Veena Sharma is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Rupeeseed Technology Ventures Pvt Ltd since June 2024, Veena oversees the entire employee life cycle, HR policies, and employee engagement initiatives, among other strategic HR functions. Previously, Veena held positions such as Sr. Manager of HR & Admin and HR Manager at Chemionix e-Solutions Pvt Ltd, and HR Manager at Pragati Software Pvt. Ltd. Veena's early career includes a role as HR Head at Platinum Plaster Limited and HR Executive at High Point Rendel (India) Ltd, focusing on manpower planning and recruitment. Veena holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Gyan Vihar School of Engineering & Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Maharani College, Jaipur.
