Candace Homco-Ryan

Candace Homco-Ryan has a strong background in food industry research and development. Candace began their career at General Mills in 2003 as an R&D Manager, where they worked for 14 years. In 2017, they joined Starbucks as a Senior R&D Manager, and then in 2020, they moved to JBS USA as the Senior Director of Consumer Valued Added: Research, Development, Food Safety, Quality, and Packaging. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Sales - Channel Development at Kilcoy Global Foods North America | Ruprecht.

Candace Homco-Ryan completed a Masters degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2001 to 2003. Before that, they also pursued a Masters degree in Library and Information Science from the same university from 2000 to 2001. Candace obtained a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, and Math from Aurora University from 1995 to 1999.
