I am a student of humankind who is curious about the backgrounds and interests of each person. I was always intrigued by the unique qualities of each person I meet. The way each person styles themselves, their motivation, how they process information and realizing their strengths. I enjoy hearing the one-of-a-kind stories in each person’s life. Seeing my teammates grow in small ways or seeing them thrive in both their professional and personal lives fuels my motivation.
