Frank P.

Frank P. has extensive experience in corporate finance and leadership roles. Frank is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Ruprecht | Kilcoy Global Foods North America. Prior to this, they founded Financial Acumen LLC, where they provided CFO leadership in corporate finance, financial analysis, and strategic advice.

From 2013 to 2017, Frank P. worked as the CFO and CAO for Nextremity Solutions, Inc. During their tenure, they implemented financial processes and best practices, leading to improved cash flow and growth opportunities.

Before that, Frank P. served as the VP Finance and Business Development at Zimmer, where they oversaw finance, financial planning and analysis, and business development for different business units. Frank also executed M&A transactions and licensing agreements.

From 2009 to 2012, Frank P. held the role of CFO at Systems Services of America, where they led corporate finance for a foodservice distribution company and implemented a long-term growth plan.

Prior to that, Frank P. served as the CFO and CTO of FUNfinder Inc., where they provided financial and technology leadership for a handheld GPS firm.

Frank P. also has experience as the CFO of Legacy Distribution Group Inc., where they managed the financial operations of a wholesale distributor serving the grocery and convenience store industry.

Additionally, Frank P. worked at Hunter Wise Financial Group as a Managing Director, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private equity for the food and beverage industry.

Frank P. started their career at Alliant Foodservice Inc., where they held various roles including Division President, VP Internal Audit, and Division CFO.

Frank also briefly worked at Baxter International Inc. as a Business Unit Controller.

Frank P. attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 1983 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.
