Michelle Padovano

Michelle Padovano has a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on research and development, cooked operations, and distribution. Michelle started their career at Ruprecht Company Wholesale Meats in 2002 as a Distribution Manager and played a key role in expanding the business and implementing efficient systems. In 2007, they transitioned to Sommers Fare LLC as Vice President, where they worked on expanding the value-added sector of the business. Michelle later became Executive Director of Research & Development at Ruprecht, overseeing the development of new products and technologies. Throughout their career, Michelle has shown a dedication to growth and innovation in the food industry.

Michelle Padovano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles, Apparel and Merchandising, with a Minor in Marketing, from Northern Illinois University in 2002.
