Tedy Lima

Tedy Lima has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Tedy started their career as a Logistics Intern at UNINTER Centro Universitário Internacional in 2007. Tedy then worked as an Administrative Intern at URBS in 2010. Tedy later joined Votorantim Cimentos as a Buyer, where they were responsible for negotiating the purchase of various materials and implementing global sourcing processes. In 2014, Tedy joined JBS and took on multiple roles, including Global Procurement Manager and Latam SR Purchaser, where they focused on cost savings, supplier negotiations, and supply project management. In 2019, they joined Swift Prepared Foods as a Strategic Procurement Commodity Manager, optimizing the supply chain procurement and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Currently, Tedy serves as the Head of Procurement at Kilcoy Global Foods North America | Ruprecht, leading a team in executing sourcing strategies and overseeing a significant material spend. Throughout their career, they have achieved substantial cost savings and implemented process improvements.

Tedy Lima completed a Certificate in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from Harvard University in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in International Finance from Colorado State University, from 2018 to 2020. Tedy Lima holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Federal do Paraná, obtained between 2010 and 2013. They also obtained a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2021.
