Mindaugas Pranaitis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mindaugas started their career as an Intern and Technician at the CENTER FOR PHYSICAL SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY (FTMC) from March 2011 to June 2013. Mindaugas then worked as a Physics Teacher at Vilniaus automechanikos ir verslo mokykla from February 2014 to June 2014.

Following this, Mindaugas joined SE Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant, where they held various roles. Mindaugas worked as an Engineer from September 2014 to August 2015, a Spectrometry Engineer from August 2015 to June 2016, and finally as a Chief Specialist from June 2016 to February 2017.
