Olga Seradzinskaya

Olga Seradzinskaya has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Olga started their career at PaskerMotors in 2013 as an Assistant Chief Accountant, where they handled various responsibilities such as accounting of stock and warehouses, cash flow planning, and assisting in financial audits. In 2014, they joined BPC as the Chief Accountant and was involved in opening and closing the representative office in Belarus, as well as handling state funding and reporting. In 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at Azbit Limited, where they controlled company expenses and collaborated with financial companies in Europe for joint projects. Currently, they are the Head of Finance and HR at Ruptela, overseeing accounting control and checking to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Olga Seradzinskaya completed their Bachelor's degree in accounting from Belarusian State Economic University between the years 2005 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications from IT-Recruiting School at HRPR | IT-Recruiting school in December 2022 and from Business School at Hotel Business School by Forte Village in August 2016.
