Zilvinas Ciuprinskas

Zilvinas Ciuprinskas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Zilvinas started their career in 1999 as a Software Engineer at UAB "Statistinės informacijos rengimo centras," where they developed software using Oracle technology and worked on the Lithuanian census project.

In 2000, Zilvinas worked as a DB Administrator and Developer at the Department of Statistics to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. Zilvinas was responsible for administrating and supporting the Statistical classification database, as well as migrating the database from Oracle to Microsoft SQL. Zilvinas also created support tools for the database.

From 2001 to 2002, Zilvinas worked as a Software Engineer at AB Lietuvos Telekomas and later as an Information Technology Services Specialist at UAB "Neltė".

In 2002, Zilvinas joined UAB Baltijos telekomunikacijų konsultacinis centras and UAB "TietoEnator Consulting" as a Senior Information Systems Analyst. Zilvinas participated in projects involving CRM system extension and used tools like TIBCO Business Works.

From 2006 to 2012, Zilvinas worked at Programavimo paslaugų centras, UAB as an Analyst, Architect, and Developer. Zilvinas participated in various projects, including extending the existing UAB "Omnitelis" billing system and creating a new Omnitels IT infrastructure using TIBCO Business Studio.

At Tieto Lietuva, Zilvinas worked as a Software Architect from 2012 to 2014. Zilvinas contributed to outsourced projects involving Java coding and also worked on a project called "GERVIS" for Lithuanian Railways as an Architect/Developer.

From 2014 to 2020, Zilvinas was self-employed and worked as a Solution Architect and Software Engineer. Zilvinas participated in projects related to time planning solutions for dental technicians, dentists, and clinics, involving web and Android applications.

Most recently, Zilvinas joined Ruptela in 2020 as a Software Engineer, specializing in Java back-end development.

Zilvinas Ciuprinskas completed their secondary education at Žeimelio Secondary School from 1984 to 1996. Zilvinas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Vilnius College from 1996 to 2004.
