Selma K. currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Rural Alaska Community Action Program, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Selma held various human resources roles at UIC Commercial Services from September 2016 to May 2022, including Senior Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, organizational development, training, and compensation. Earlier experience includes positions at ASRC Energy Services, starting as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and progressing to Compliance Safety Manager, overseeing safety audits and compliance reporting. Selma's educational background includes a Doctorate of Business Administration from City University of Seattle (in progress), an MBA in Human Resources Management from Wayland Baptist University, and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
