Jennifer Hazard

Jennifer Hazard has extensive experience in project management, contract administration, and community development. Currently working as Assistant Director at RCAC, Jennifer manages grants and contracts to ensure project deliverables are met within budget. In their previous role as Co Director at ALTER TERRA, A.C., Jennifer oversaw a diverse range of research, administrative, and professional tasks related to environmental policies, project development, and community outreach. With a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego, Jennifer is dedicated to helping disadvantaged communities with water and wastewater projects.
