Misty Tolzda

Misty Tolzda currently serves as the Community Project Development Manager at Rural Community Assistance Partnership, Inc. since November 2021, focusing on providing technical, managerial, and financial assistance to smaller, rural water and wastewater systems. Previously, Misty worked as a Sr. Rural Development Specialist at Ohio RCAP/Great Lakes CAP from April 2020 to December 2021 and held the position of Fiscal Officer for the Village of Woodsfield from April 2017 to April 2020. Prior roles include Grants Specialist at OMEGA - Ohio Mid-Eastern Governments Association from August 2013 to April 2017, where duties included grant administration, research, writing assistance, and community advocacy, and as Prevention Services Director at Guernsey-Monroe-Noble Community Action Agency from August 2000 to July 2013, focusing on grant administration, project oversight, and advocacy for low-income populations and youth.
