Edward Kohmetscher has had a diverse work experience throughout their career. Edward started their professional journey in 1976, serving in the United States Air Force as a Telecommunications Systems and Cryptographic Systems Repairman until 1983. Following their military service, they joined Nebraska Public Power District in 1985 as a Telecommunications Technician, and later became a Senior Systems Analyst in 2000. In 2007, they joined Rural Electric Supply Coop (Resco) as an Application Sales Engineer, and subsequently became the Vice President of EUSCO in November 2016. Edward's career highlights include expertise in telecommunications and systems analysis.

Edward Kohmetscher attended Southeast Community College-Milford from 1981 to 1982. Edward pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering Technician and studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering during this time.
