Marya Murray-Diaz

Marya Murray-Diaz, M.Ed., M.A., currently serves as the Director of School-Based Health Centers at Rural Health Group, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Marya held various leadership positions in the KIPP network, including Director of Facilities & Real Estate at KIPP North Carolina Public Schools and Managing Director of Operations at KIPP ENC Public Schools. Additional experience includes roles as Founding Assistant School Leader of Operations at KIPP San Antonio, Director of Operations at Rochester Preparatory Charter School, and School Operations Manager at Kipp Infinity Charter School. Starting a career in education as a Founding Math Teacher at Democracy Prep and a Bilingual 5th Grade Teacher in New York City Public Schools, Marya also worked as an Outreach Coordinator at the Center for Economic and Policy Research. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Master of Arts from Georgetown University, along with a Master of Education from Lehman College.
