Cedrick Hair

Cedrick Hair, PharmD, MBA, AAHIVP, has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical field. Cedrick has served as the Director of Pharmacy at Rural Health Services, where they integrated a clinical pharmacist into the primary care team and implemented a medication delivery program to enhance patient access to care. Cedrick also introduced a mobile app and patient engagement platform to improve medication adherence. Additionally, Cedrick was the Pharmacy Manager at Family Health Care Pharmacy, a federally qualified health center pharmacy. In this role, they expanded pharmaceutical coverage to rural patients, implemented medication therapy management programs, and identified business opportunities to improve pharmacy performance.

Prior to their position at Rural Health Services, Cedrick worked as a Pharmacist at Walmart, where they provided pharmaceutical care, dispensed medications, and counseled patients on their medication regimens. Cedrick also gained experience as a Pharmacy Graduate Intern/Intern at Walgreens, where they prepared prescriptions, filled medications, and processed insurance claims.

Cedrick's earlier work experience includes roles as an Administrative Specialist II at the University of South Carolina, where they processed payments, maintained files, and converted hard copy vouchers to digital format. Cedrick also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens and as a Leasing Assistant at Riverside Apartments.

Cedrick Hair, PharmD, MBA, AAHIVP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Scientific Foundations from the University of South Carolina in 2013. Cedrick then pursued their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree with a concurrent MBA at South University from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Cedrick has obtained certifications including HIV Pharmacist from the American Academy of HIV Medicine and Integrating Pharmacist into Primary Care from the South Carolina Pharmacy Association. Cedrick is also licensed as a pharmacist by the South Carolina Pharmacy Board and the Pharmacy, North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
