Nichole Konkolewski

Nichole Konkolewski has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Nichole currently runs their own company, NK Creation Co. LLC, where they work as a freelance product development consultant and owner. Nichole also holds the position of Director of Product Development and Technical Design for Private Label Apparel at Rural King.

Prior to that, Konkolewski worked as a Senior Technical Designer at Justice, where they managed all bottoms apparel and played a crucial role in fit consistency and database updates. Nichole also worked as a freelancer for various companies, including Petit Clair/PC2, Le Mon Cheri, and Express, where they handled design, technical design, and product development responsibilities.

Earlier in their career, Konkolewski served as the Technical Design Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where they developed and led the Technical Design Department. Nichole also held positions at SHE Outdoor Apparel, LLC., Tween Brands, and Express, gaining expertise in technical design, fashion design, and product development.

Nichole'swork experience demonstrates their skills in managing the entire design and production process, trend forecasting, technical flats, tech packs, sourcing, quality assurance, marketing, and vendor partnerships. Konkolewski is dedicated to adhering to calendar deadlines and enhancing consumer buying confidence through product integrity and quality assurance.

Nichole Konkolewski attended the University of Cincinnati from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design.
