Ashok Srinivasan

Ashok Srinivasan has a work experience with two companies. From 2018 to present, they have been working at Ruri Software Technologies LLC as the India Head of Operations (US Talent Acquisition). In this role, they are responsible for managing all recruiting-related activities, equipping recruiters with effective tools, tracking metrics, and forecasting talent needs. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2018, Ashok worked at Adwait Algorithm as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for developing job descriptions, posting jobs, and sourcing candidates through various channels.

Ashok Srinivasan earned their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Priyadarshini College of Engineering (G1) Sullurpet in the years 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Audisankara College of Engineering & Technology, Gudur, from the years 2013 to 2015.
