DJ Hegarty is an experienced project executive with a comprehensive background in construction management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Executive at Ruscilli Construction since March 2022, DJ has previously held similar roles at Ferguson Construction Co. and Mr. Excavator, Inc. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Ruscilli Construction and Gutknecht Construction Co., respectively. DJ's career began in the US Navy Seabees as an Equipment Operator 2nd Class. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Franklin University and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbus State Community College.

Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. originated as a specialty contractor and has since evolved into a full-service organization offering in-house preconstruction, program management, construction management, design/build, general contracting, trades contracting, and construction consultation services. This is supported with state-of-the-art estimating, value engineering, scheduling and information processing technology. The firm was organized in 1945 by Louis G. Ruscilli, Jr., who was shortly joined in the company by his father, Louis Ruscilli, Sr. The firm was incorporated in Ohio in 1959. Now in its 4th generation of family ownership, the company continues to flourish under the leadership of Robert A. Ruscilli, Jr. (Tony), Principal-In-Charge and Louis V. Ruscilli, CEO.
