Jaime Ronk has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1995, they worked as an Asset Protections at Target. In 2001, they took on two roles, working as a Restaurant Manager at Denny's and an Assistant General Manager at Boston Market. In 2004, they became a Motel 6 General Manager at Accor. In 2005, they worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Doubletree by Hilton. From 2007 to 2020, they were a Specialized Corporate Travel Specialist at American Express Global Business Travel. Most recently, they have been a Customer Service Manager at Rush ReCommerce since 2022.

Jaime Ronk began their educational journey at Westside High School, where they earned their Diploma in Advanced Placement College Prep in 1996. Jaime then attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney, studying Criminal Justice and Corrections, but did not complete their degree. In 2009, Jaime resumed their studies at Bellevue University, earning a B.S. in Information Systems Management in 2011.
