As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the development and growth of your team. Your primary focus will be to manage the daily activities and priorities of the team, building and leading them to build a better flow along with engineers and stakeholders. 
Keeping the focus on goals, while ensuring that the team keeps operating smoothly and cooperating closely with other RSI teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Play a leading role in recruiting, building and growing the team
  • Prioritize and manage teams’ goals and daily work, keeping them aligned with Company goals.
  • Drive the short-term planning and execution of sprints and long-term roadmaps.
  • Keep the team members motivated, ensure their professional growth and well-being.
  • Cooperate closely with other engineering teams and Operations.
  • Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals and plan the work required to achieve them
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Work with other Engineering Managers to coordinate interaction and dependencies between teams


Process Improvements:

  • Identify and address process inefficiencies within product delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strike the right balance between process enhancements and continuous delivery, implementing change effectively across diverse groups.

People Management:

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the product delivery team and cross-functional teams.
  • Set goals, provide feedback, and evaluate team members' performance, supporting their growth and development.
  • Successfully resolve conflicts and manage challenging situations within the team.
  • Optimize resource allocation, ensuring the right people work on the right tasks for maximum efficiency.


All About You:

  • 3+ years of experience working in software engineering.
  • 3 years experience with direct people management
  • Strong knowledge and experience in software development life cycle and agile methodologies; Scrum certifications is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote or distributed teams.
  • You can work effectively and respectfully with the people around; able to negotiate with others, and to recognize and appreciate diversity in the team
  • The ability to hold strong opinions, and the confidence to speak up and tell your manager they’re wrong
  • A passion for casino and gaming in general is a plus but not required
  • Remain knowledgeable of used technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results
  • Carry out other technical-related duties that may be required
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records
  • A sense of ownership and a passion for technology
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of how to monitor and troubleshoot backend services and integration
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong English language skills

  • Deep understanding of the creative process and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life through technology.
  • Proficiency in refinement, story splitting, estimation, sprint planning, agile metrics, reporting, and other Scrum techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a decent understanding of technical concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of leading through influence.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, balancing product needs, team members, and senior leadership expectations.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, inspiring and motivating creative delivery teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development for personal growth and team
