Aaron Csik is a professional with extensive experience in support and operational management within the gaming and service industries. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Support Experience at Rush Street Interactive since July 2019, Aaron has held various roles including Player Support Policy and Quality Assurance Analyst and Sports Gambling and Casino Support Lead. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Data Vista, Inc. as a Technical Service Specialist, focusing on diagnosing and resolving technical hardware issues. Additionally, Aaron has managerial experience from The Bedens Brook Club, where duties included assisting in bar operations for nearly seven years. Aaron is an alumnus of James Madison University.
