Rebecca Williams

Rebecca Williams currently serves as a Security Controller at Rohde & Schwarz since March 2025 and as a Local Councillor and Cabinet member for Neighbourhood Services at Rushmoor Borough Council since May 2023. Prior to these roles, Rebecca was employed at Actica Consulting for over 16 years, where responsibilities included Support Services Operations Manager and Security Controller, overseeing general and security administration, consultant and project support, and facilities management, while playing a key role in implementing and maintaining ISO27001. Additional experience includes serving as a Recruitment Manager at Headroom Young People's Charity from August 2020 to December 2024, and various roles such as Trustee at The Source Young People's Charity, Administrator/Finance Administrator/Youth Worker, and Property Manager at Mackenzie Smith Properties Ltd. Rebecca holds a Registered General Nurse (RGN) degree from Charing Cross School of Nursing, earned from 1989 to 1993, and completed education at Charters School from 1982 to 1988.
