Todd Cox

Todd Cox is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation within the concrete and construction industries. Since July 2017, Todd Cox has held multiple roles at Rusin Concrete Construction, progressing from Commercial Estimator to Commercial Project Manager and currently serving as Commercial Precon Manager. Previous experience includes a brief tenure as a Formwork Engineer at GCon and several positions at Atlas Construction Supply, Inc., including Sales Engineer and Operations Manager/Assistant Project Manager. Todd Cox also worked as a Project Manager at Firebaugh Precast, Harris Rebar, and Barton Supply. Educational qualifications include post-graduate studies in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
