Elizabeth Kase

Elizabeth Kase is a highly experienced attorney in the field of cannabis law and criminal law, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Cannabis Law practice at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Wolf, LLP, including Partner and Chair of the Criminal Law Department, along with Co-Chair of the Medical Cannabis Law Department from October 2014 to October 2021. Elizabeth was a Partner at Kase & Druker from January 2004 to September 2014 and began a legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office from September 1999 to June 2003. Education includes a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law (1999) and a BA in Government/Ethics from Smith College (1994).
