Currently serving as President of RMF Crisis Management Consultants since March 2016, Richard provides expert advice on global investigations, national security, and crisis management. In addition, Richard is an Attorney of Counsel at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, PC, and a News Contributor/Consultant for ABC News, specializing in counterterrorism and violent crime. Richard's notable roles include being a Senior Fellow at The Soufan Center and a member of the Board of Advisors at the National Policing Institute. Previously, Richard served as a Special Agent In-Charge at the FBI, overseeing significant divisions and managing substantial operational resources. Richard has held academic roles, including a professorship at St. John's University, and gained legal experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County. Richard holds a JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a BS from Ithaca College.
